2. The service
Get Featured helps founders, experts and creatives find media opportunities, such as journalists looking for sources, podcasts looking for guests and events looking for speakers. We collect public posts in which media ask for sources from platforms such as Bluesky and Threads using their official APIs, classify them, and show relevant ones to you. You can also build a public profile, apply to opportunities and, if you choose, connect your Threads account so we can run keyword searches for you.
We may change, add or remove features over time, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect how you use the service.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract to use the service. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that business.
You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
4. Acceptable use
When using the service, you must not:
- spam journalists, podcasters, organisers or other users, including sending bulk, irrelevant or automated pitches
- harass, abuse, threaten or impersonate anyone
- submit false or misleading information about yourself, your expertise or your business
- scrape, crawl, copy or harvest data from the service, or use bots or automated tools to access it, except as we expressly allow
- try to gain unauthorised access to the service or interfere with how it works
- use the service in a way that breaks the terms or policies of the platforms content comes from, including Meta (Threads), Bluesky and others
- use the service for anything unlawful
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
5. Third-party opportunities
Opportunities shown on the service come from public posts made by third parties on other platforms, or are submitted by media. We do not write or control them. We take reasonable steps to show genuine requests, but we do not guarantee that any opportunity is accurate, current, genuine or still open.
We do not guarantee that you will get coverage, an interview, a speaking slot or any other outcome. Journalists, hosts and organisers make their own decisions, and we are not responsible for them.
6. Fees and subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription. Where they do, we will show the price and what is included before you buy, and you will only be charged if you choose to subscribe.
Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partially used billing periods except where the law requires. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of anything you submit, such as your profile, pitches and images. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use that content only to run and promote the service. You are responsible for making sure your content is lawful and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
8. Intellectual property
The service, including its design, software, text and branding, belongs to Delphi Community Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of it without our written permission. Public posts shown on the service remain the property of their authors and are subject to the terms of the platform they were published on.
9. Privacy
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity or reputation, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
The service is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Termination
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop providing the service. Where reasonable, we will give you notice first. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law) will continue to apply.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will tell account holders by email or with a notice on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, although if you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
